ASTO-BOT

Control ASTO-BOT from your Stream Deck. ASTO-BOT is a free Twitch stream management tool for Windows that connects Twitch, OBS Studio and AI services. This plugin turns its features into Stream Deck actions, so scripts, overlays, clips and chat automation are one keypress away.

How it works: ASTO-BOT runs a local websocket server. Enable it once under Settings > Websocket, and the plugin connects on 127.0.0.1. Each keypress sends a command to the running app and the key confirms whether it was accepted. Every key lights up while ASTO-BOT is reachable and turns grey when it is not.

Four actions:

- Command — all supported commands in one action, from a grouped dropdown

- Run Script — start an ASTOSCRIPT automation by name

- Trigger Event — fire an event, with an optional input value

- Reconnect — reconnect immediately, or ping to confirm the link

What you can control: scripts and events; the clip player and playlists; action queues; overlays from the visual overlay editor; the browser overlay including URL loading and click-through; photo mode; and raw JSON for commands added later.

Script, event, overlay and queue names are read live from ASTO-BOT and offered as a dropdown. The list reloads by itself when you switch back to Stream Deck, so a script you just created is already there.

Requirements: Windows 10 or 11, Stream Deck 6.9 or later, and ASTO-BOT running with its websocket enabled. ASTO-BOT is a free download, linked on this page.

Two new actions.

Translator — turn the live translator on, off, or toggle it from a

key. Useful when you want subtitles only for part of a stream and do not

want to reach for the ASTO-BOT window to switch them.

Push to Talk — voice input runs while the key is held down and stops

when you let go, so a Stream Deck key works the same way as a push-to-talk

button on your keyboard.

Everything from the previous version is unchanged: run scripts, trigger

events, control clips, queues, overlays, the browser overlay and photo

mode, with the lists read live from ASTO-BOT so you pick entries instead

of typing names.
