Real-time dB

• Optional dBFS readout on both mute keys and volume keys

Post-Volume Metering (Output)

• Scales the raw ScreenCaptureKit signal by system volume so meters and dB reflect what you're actually hearing

• Automatically skipped for Apollo (faders live on-device hardware)

Volume Keys

• Input and Output volume up and down

• Configurable volume step: 1%, 2%, 3%, 5%, 10%, or 20% per press

• Hold key for continuous volume up or down

• Display Volume percentage, Device icon, or live dB level

Universal Mute Key

• Single key shows both input and output mute status

• Short press (<0.5s): toggle input mute

• Long press (>0.5s): toggle output mute

Unified Volume & Unified Source Dials

• Rotate to adjust volume, short press to mute/unmute.

• Rotate to browse devices, short press to select.

• Long Press to Switch (default) — Long press (500ms+) toggles between input and output control.

Feature updates

• Meter Peak slider now extends to +6 dBFS (previously capped at 0 dBFS), giving headroom visibility for hot signals

Bug fix

• When the Swift audio helper deadlocks during a Bluetooth device transition (e.g. AirPods HFP activation/teardown), the plugin now force-restarts the helper process after 10 failed nudge attempts instead of permanently giving up.
