Bug fixes:

• Fixed input metering permanently freezing when audio engine format mismatches occurred during Bluetooth device transitions

• Fixed health check restarts being silently blocked when the audio engine was running but not producing data

Stability improvements:

• Bluetooth device transitions now use a 5-second settle delay to let macOS complete HFP/A2DP negotiation before starting the audio engine

• HFP sample rate monitoring — the helper now watches for Bluetooth profile changes and automatically starts/stops input metering when HFP activates or deactivates

• Format mismatch recovery — initial engine start failures now trigger automatic retry with exponential backoff instead of silently dying

• Health check force-restart — when the engine appears dead (running but no audio buffers), the health check can now bypass the same-device guard to force a restart

• Developer ID code signing for stable TCC (Screen Recording/Microphone) permissions across updates

• Fixed release build script incorrectly rejecting valid code signatures during package verification
