Break Buddy
by Raylight
Overview
Break Buddy keeps an eye on how long you've been at it, so you don't have to. A ring on your XENEON EDGE fills up while you play (or all the time, if you prefer). When it's been a while, it suggests a quick stretch, such as rolling your shoulders or a two-minute walk. Tap Done, or tap Later to snooze for 15 minutes.
It notices breaks on its own: step away from your game for five minutes, or put your PC to sleep, and the count starts fresh. Tap the water panel to log a glass toward a daily goal. Nothing nags, nothing scolds, and there are no streaks to lose.
Features
A sitting-time ring that warms up as your next stretch approaches (every 20 to 120 minutes; default 60)
Six rotating stretch and movement tips, each with Done and Later (15-minute snooze)
Counts while gaming or all the time
Breaks counted automatically when you step away from games or your PC sleeps
Optional eye-rest reminders (the 20-20-20 rule) with a 20-second countdown
Water log toward a daily goal (0 to 12 glasses, or hidden)
Works in every Edge slot, horizontal and vertical; no account and no internet connection
Requires Windows, iCUE 5.47 or later and a CORSAIR XENEON EDGE. Break Buddy offers general wellbeing reminders; it is not medical advice and not a medical device.
Fixed an error that could appear for a few seconds at startup when the widget drew or was tapped before iCUE had sent its settings.
Desktop apps such as Windows Search and Snipping Tool are no longer mistaken for games, so your break timer only counts real play.
If iCUE isn't ready the first time the widget loads, it now reloads itself instead of staying on sample data.
