Cakewalk Sonar Control Lite

Free edition. Control Cakewalk Sonar from your Stream Deck and Stream Deck +, over MIDI through Sonar's built-in Mackie Control surface. Transport keys (play, stop, record, loop, rewind / fast forward, metronome) and track keys (arm, mute, solo, select) light up with Sonar's real state. On Stream Deck +, each dial becomes a track fader with the track name, a live level meter and R / S / M state on screen, and the jog dial moves through the project with Sonar's counter. Includes Sonar's essential shortcuts (undo, redo, cut, copy, paste, select all, save) and ready-made profiles. Interface in English, French and Spanish. Requires Windows and loopMIDI (free). Cakewalk Sonar Control Lite 1.1.0: first release

This is the first release of the free Lite edition of Cakewalk Sonar Control.

- Transport keys: Play / Stop, Play, Stop, Record, Loop, Rewind and Fast-forward (hold), Go to start / end, and the metronome. Each key lights up with Sonar's transport state.

Track keys: Arm, Mute, Solo and Select, for the selected track or for bank strips 1 to 8. Each key shows the track name and its lit state.

Track Volume dial (Stream Deck +): turn to move the fader, push and turn for fine adjustment, push to mute (or solo, arm or select), and tap the screen to select the track. The screen shows the track name, a live level meter, the fader position and the R / S / M state.

Jog dial (Stream Deck +): moves through the project with Sonar's counter, or scrolls the tracks assigned to the dials.

7 essential shortcuts: Undo, Redo, Cut, Copy, Paste, Select all and Save project.

Ready-made profiles for Stream Deck + and the classic Stream Deck.

Sonar-style icons that use Sonar's colour codes (yellow Mute, red Record, blue Monitor).

Interface in English, French and Spanish. It follows the language of the Stream Deck software.

Requirements: Windows 10 or later, Stream Deck software 7.1 or later, Cakewalk Sonar, and loopMIDI (free). Need more?
