### HOW IT WORKS

Calendar Scout displays your next upcoming meeting directly on your Stream Deck key. The background color changes based on urgency:

• 🟢 Green - You're free, no upcoming meetings

• 🔵 Blue - Meeting scheduled for later (more than 15 minutes away)

• 🟠 Orange - Meeting starting soon (15 minutes or less)

• 🔴 Red - Currently in a meeting

During meetings, see a live countdown showing how much time is left. When a meeting has an online link (Teams, Zoom, Meet, etc.), simply press the key to join instantly - no more hunting for meeting links!
