Countdown Keys

Birthdays, anniversaries, trips and deadlines as big, colourful day counts on your Stream Deck keys and Stream Deck+ dial. Group dates into categories with a standard look, show them all on one key or one category per key, and step through them with a press or a turn. Free, offline, no account.

Description

Put the dates that matter on your Stream Deck. Countdown Keys shows birthdays, anniversaries, trips and deadlines as big, colourful day counts, on a key or on the Stream Deck+ dial. Free, works offline, no account.

One list for everything. Put all your countdowns on a single key or dial: it shows the next date due, press or turn to step through the rest, and it returns by itself.

Categories with a standard look. Start with Birthday, Anniversary, Baby and Memorial, or make your own, like Family or Business. Change a category's look once and every countdown in it follows. Show everything on a key, or just one category.

Your look. Nine colour presets, any two colours of your own, or Auto, which warms from blue to orange as the day nears and turns gold the day. Colour, dark ink, dark glow or mono, optional patterns, 15 icons.

Quiet option for memorials: no confetti, no gold.

Repeat every year for birthdays; dates as DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY or 12 Oct 2026.

Safe: your list is stored with the plugin and backed up to a file, so deleting a key never loses your countdowns.

Requirements: macOS 12 or later and Stream Deck 6.9 or later. An independent plugin, not affiliated with Elgato.
