Monitoring

Creality Monitor

Overview

Creality Monitor brings your K-series 3D printer to your Stream Deck. Check print progress, temperatures and fans at a glance, switch the cooling fans on or off with one key press, and watch the printer's camera - all over your local network, with no cloud account.

Five actions:

- Print Status: state (idle, printing, paused, done, failed, offline), progress %, current layer and time remaining

- Nozzle Temp: current and target nozzle temperature

- Bed Temp: current and target bed temperature

- Fan Control: turn the Model, Back or Side fan on or off; the key shows the live fan speed in %

- Camera: the key shows camera online/offline; open its settings panel for a live video preview

Every key has its own printer IP and port, so you can monitor more than one printer. Keys that point at the same printer share a single connection.

Requirements:

- Creality K1, K1C or K1 Max (developed and tested on a K1C with a Stream Deck XL)

- Stream Deck software 7.1 or newer

- Printer and PC on the same local network, with the printer's status port 9999 reachable

- Camera preview also uses port 8000 and needs this PC's LAN IP entered in the Camera settings

Fan Control sends commands to the printer; all other actions are read-only. No telemetry and no cloud: data only goes to the printer address you enter.

Quick Setup:

1. Install plugin from Elgato Marketplace

2. Open Property Inspector for any action

3. Enter printer IP address (e.g., 192.168.0.232) and port (default 9999)

4. Press any key to confirm connection

5. Watch live data stream in real-time

Perfect For:

- Makers monitoring print jobs from across the room

- Remote office setups (printer in workshop, desk across the room)

- Quick fan adjustments without touching the printer

- Time-critical print monitoring (ETA, layer count, temperature stability)

Privacy & Security: All communication is local-network only. No cloud, no telemetry, no external connections.
