Fixed Multi NAS Overview restoring outdated availability after all saved profiles have been removed.
Serialized profile saves, deletions, and language updates to prevent concurrent global-settings writes from losing changes.
Added regression coverage for request cancellation, empty-profile rerenders, and concurrent settings persistence.
