DeluluStream - AI Video Transformations for Live Streams

DeluluStream transforms your live stream in real time using AI. Your camera feed gets restyled frame by frame - changing your appearance, outfit, or the entire look of your stream while you're live. It works with Twitch, YouTube, and Kick, and your viewers can request transformations through chat, Twitch Bits, or the Twitch Extension panel. You set up IRL Skins - reference images that guide the AI on how to transform you. Upload a photo, a character concept, or even a 3D model, and DeluluStream generates a style description automatically. Viewers pick from your active skins or write custom prompts. Custom requests go through a moderation queue so you always control what hits the stream.

The request queue :

DeluluStream runs on a dual-queue system. The Ready Queue holds pre-approved requests from viewers who picked one of your skins - these can run automatically or manually. The Mod Queue holds custom prompts that need your approval first. Approve them and they move to ready. Turn on Auto-Execute and approved requests run back to back without you lifting a finger.

What the Stream Deck plugin does:

The plugin gives you physical buttons to manage your queue without alt-tabbing mid-stream.

Approve Custom - Approve the next request in your mod queue with one tap

Reject Custom - Reject the top custom request instantly

Mod Queue - Shows how many custom requests are waiting, with a preview of the top item

Ready Queue - Shows approved requests queued up and ready to go

Auto Execute - Toggle auto-execute on/off with live state on the button

Stop - Instantly stop the current transformation via real-time WebSocket - no polling delay

The plugin polls your queue, so displays stay current. Authentication is a one-time browser login that auto-refreshes, so you set it up once and forget about it.

Everything syncs with the control panel - changes from Stream Deck show up in the browser and vice versa.
