Flow Reset

Overview

🫧 Flow Reset, a stretch and break reminder for the Corsair Xeneon Edge

A free break timer that reminds you to get up, stretch, rest your eyes, then guides you through it: desk stretches and exercises for your neck, shoulders, back and wrists, a 20-20-20 style eye break, and a minute of guided breathing. Seated or standing, with length and frequency of your choosing.

βœ… A soft chime and a warm glow when it's time to move βœ… One tap starts the routine, paced by the bubble βœ… Free, and it runs on its own, with no companion app or account

--

🧘 What it does

Between breaks it sits idle on your Edge. Every 20-60 minutes the pool warms, a chimes is heard, and the screen notifies you it's time for a stretch.

Tap anywhere and it walks you through the break: a far look to rest your eyes, a few gentle moves for one part of your body, then a minute of slow breathing. Busy right now? Later moves it back 10 minutes.

--

🀸 Guided moves

Each break works on a different area, so your posture changes through the day, rotating through neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back and hips, wrists and forearms, legs, and eyes. There are 28 moves between them, from shoulder rolls to squeeze blinks.

The bubble pulses once per rep and a ring fills as you go, so you never count or watch a clock. The words tell you when to switch sides.

Every move stays in a gentle, comfortable range. Skip anything that doesn't feel right.

--

🌬️ A minute to breathe

Five slow breaths to finish. The bubble fills as you breathe in and empties as you breathe out, with soft surf underneath when the ambience is on. Pick In, pause, out, or Long exhale (in for 4, out for 6), or switch the breathing off.

--

πŸ‘€ Eye rest

Every break opens with 20 seconds of looking into the distance. A separate 20-second eye rest also comes up every 20 minutes, and you can turn that one off.
