Overview: This Stream Deck profile is designed to eliminate repetitive friction points in Google Sheets. It replaces complex keyboard shortcuts and syntax typing with single-tap actions.

Visual Layout: The profile is organized into a 3x5 grid with logical grouping for Data Entry, Formatting, Power Formulas, and Assistance.

Row 1: Essentials & Structure

• Paste Value: (Icon: Clipboard '123')

  • Action: Pastes clipboard content as plain text, stripping away unwanted web formatting.

• Filter: (Icon: Funnel)

  • Action: Toggles the Filter view on/off for quick sorting and data analysis.

• header: (Icon: Grid with Snowflake)

  • Action: "Freeze Top Row." Locks the header row so it remains visible while scrolling down long lists.

• checkbox: (Icon: Green Checkbox)

  • Action: Instantly inserts an interactive checkbox into the selected cell.

• Links: (Icon: Folder)

  • Action: Opens a sub-folder containing shortcuts to your most-used spreadsheets or dashboards.

Row 2: Data Tools & Formulas

  • Action: Inserts the current date as a static timestamp (Ctrl + ;).

• TRIM: (Icon: Brackets { })

  • Action: Types the =TRIM() formula snippet to remove accidental spaces from "dirty" data.

• IFERROR: (Icon: Shield with Check)

  • Action: Wraps calculations in an =IFERROR() block to hide ugly #DIV/0! errors.

• XLOOKUP: (Icon: Magnifying Glass 'X')

  • Action: Pre-types the modern search formula structure, ready for you to click your search terms.

• Sparkline: (Icon: Bar Chart)

  • Action: Inserts a =SPARKLINE() formula to create a miniature trend chart inside a single cell.

• Wrap Text: (Icon: Curved Arrow)

  • Action: Toggles text wrapping to prevent long sentences from being cut off.

  • Action: Applies standard Currency formatting ($1,000.00) to selected cells.

• Format %: (Icon: Percent Sign)

  • Action: Applies Percentage formatting (50%) to selected cells.

• Center: (Icon: Center Lines)

  • Action: Horizontally centers text in the cell.

• GUIDE: (Icon: Green Grid with '?')

  • Action: Opens the custom "Master Guide" HTML window you created. This provides a cheat sheet and instructions on how to use the Power Formulas (TRIM, XLOOKUP, etc.) correctly.
