Helldivers 2 Stratagems

Put your Helldivers 2 stratagems on your Stream Deck. The plugin reads your loadout from the game's screen, shows each stratagem on a key with its cooldown, and calls it in when you press the key: it opens the stratagem menu and enters the arrow code for you, with your own key bindings.

What the keys do

- Your loadout, found by itself. When a mission starts, the plugin opens the stratagem menu once and fills the keys in menu order: Reinforce, SOS Beacon, Resupply, your four stratagems, and the ones a mission hands out.

- Cooldowns you can trust. A key fills up like the game's icon while its stratagem cools down, and turns ready when the game's own timer reaches zero. Call-ins on their way, unavailable stratagems and counters (reinforcements left, uses of the Orbital Laser) show too.

- One press to call in. Hold or toggle menu, arrow keys or WASD: set it once to match your game. A stratagem that isn't ready is refused, and nothing is ever typed into another window.

- A Scan key with a radar that shows whether the game is being read (yellow on the ship, green in a mission), and becomes a start button that launches the game through Steam when it isn't running.

Light on your PC

A scan reads only the column of stratagem icons: about 13 ms every 150 ms in a mission at 2560x1440, and under 1% of one CPU core while the game is closed.

Good to know

- The plugin only looks at the screen and presses keys, the way you do. It never opens the game's process, memory or files.

- Cooldowns are read from the game's text, so the game needs to be in English for them to show. Recognising and calling stratagems works in any language.

- Tested at 2560x1440 with the default HUD; other resolutions are scaled.

New: Stratagem Setup keys Put two to four of your loadout stratagems on a single key. One press calls them in one after another and throws each, skipping any that aren’t ready. The key shows all their icons (side by side or in a square), each with its own cooldown. It tracks them by loadout position, so it still works when a mission adds its own stratagems to the menu. To use it, set the Throw input on the Scan key.

New: Keys fill before the mission On the loadout screen, your slot keys now fill with Reinforce, SOS Beacon, Resupply and your four picks, and they update as you change your loadout. They show as unavailable until you land, then get checked against the in-game menu. They’re ready about a second after landing.
