Added independent Stream Deck + dial press behavior for Set Device State. Rotate can adjust a value while pressing the dial can apply the value, toggle a device, run a Flow, set another state, or do nothing.

Added a Dial Press picker to the property inspector, including the common thermostat setup: rotate target temperature and press to toggle on/off.
