Iris Lite
Overview
Iris Lite puts your screenshots on your Stream Deck, free. Add the Capture action as often as you like and give each key its own picture.
A KEY FOR EACH PICTURE — "The window in front, no shadow, to the clipboard" for a bug report. "An area after three seconds, to a folder" for the docs. "Display 2, named with the date" for a daily report. Start from a preset or set it up yourself; each key draws what it captures and where it goes.
WHAT IT CAN TAKE — An area you draw, a window you click, the window in front without a click, the whole screen, one display or a fixed region. With or without the window shadow and the pointer, as PNG, JPEG, HEIC or PDF, with a timer of 3, 5 or 10 seconds that counts down on the key.
WHERE IT GOES — The clipboard, a folder of your choice, or both, named with the date, the time, the app and a counter. Then open it, open it in an app of your choice, or show it in Finder.
THE LAST CAPTURE — A key with a picture of the last capture. Tap to open it, hold to show it in Finder.
NOTHING ELSE TO INSTALL — Iris uses macOS's own screen capture. No account, no network.
Iris, the full edition, adds the Studio (the whole deck as a capture desk from one key), screen recordings with the microphone and clicks shown, Copy text (the words out of anything, recognised on your Mac), and the Stream Deck Neo's Infobar.
macOS 13 or newer, with the Stream Deck app 7.6 or newer. Stream Deck needs Screen Recording permission, which macOS asks for once.
