Monitoring

Mac Monitor Pro

Overview

Real-time macOS system monitoring on your Stream Deck keys. Seventeen metrics with live charts and gauges, including deep Apple Silicon telemetry.

System metrics:

CPU Usage - utilization with a 60-point history chart

CPU Core Load - per-core load; spot a pinned or overloaded core

RAM Usage - memory usage with pressure indicator and history chart

Memory Pressure - memory pressure percentage and swap usage

Battery - charge level, health percentage and cycle count

Network Speed - live upload and download speed

Disk Usage - disk usage with history chart

Temperature - CPU/GPU temperature in C or F, or macOS thermal pressure

Top Process - the top CPU-consuming processes

Uptime - system uptime and load average

Bluetooth Battery - level of connected devices (AirPods, mouse, keyboard)

USB Devices - connected USB devices, link speed and power draw

Apple Silicon metrics (M1 and later):

GPU - Apple Silicon GPU usage, temperature and frequency

SoC Power - total chip power draw in watts, with CPU, GPU and ANE breakdown

Neural Engine - power draw; spikes when on-device AI runs

CPU Cores - efficiency vs performance core cluster utilization

Clock Speed - live CPU and GPU clock speed in GHz

All metrics update on a configurable interval (1-10 seconds). Each key takes its own accent color, font size and SVG visual.

Requires macOS 13 (Ventura) or later. The five Apple Silicon metrics require a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later).

Fixed

Fixed a packaging fault that stopped the plugin from starting on some Macs. The keys showed their icons but no readings, and Stream Deck eventually reported the plugin as unstable and disabled it. Installing this version restores live values

The bundled Apple Silicon helper is now always launchable after a fresh install, so GPU, SoC Power, Neural Engine, CPU Cores and Clock Speed come up on the first try
