Mute, camera, hand, share and leave on the same Stream Deck keys, whichever meeting app you’re in. Meeting Controller Pro works with Microsoft Teams, Webex, Slack huddles, Zoom and Google Meet on Windows and macOS. It follows the meeting you bring to the front.

Keys you can trust Every key shows the state the meeting app reports, never a guess. Mint means your microphone is live; coral means muted. After a press the key shows WAIT until the app confirms, then shows the result. If a state can’t be read, the key shows a question mark rather than pretending.

Follows your meeting Bring a meeting window to the front and the keys switch to it. Switch to your notes and they stay with that meeting. The status key shows which app you’re controlling, and every key carries that app’s colour.

Leave on purpose Hold to Leave needs a 0.7-second hold, so a stray tap never drops you out of a call. Any confirmation stays in the meeting app.

Meeting status: shows the selected app; press to bring the meeting forward

Microphone: mute and unmute

Camera: turn your video on and off

Raise / lower hand: raise or lower your own hand

Screen share: opens the app’s own source picker, or stops your share

Hold to leave: leave the meeting with a 0.7-second hold

Meeting dial (Stream Deck +): turn to choose Microphone, Camera, Hand or Screen Share, then press or tap to use it. Turning never changes your meeting.

Meeting status bar (Stream Deck Neo): shows the selected app and its state in the info bar, such as “In meeting”, “Sharing screen” or “Choose source in app”

Private by design No accounts, no API keys, no sign-in. Meeting Controller Pro reads and presses the meeting app’s own controls through your computer’s accessibility features. No screen capture, no global keyboard shortcuts, and nothing leaves your machine.

Requirements

Stream Deck 7.6 or later

Windows 10 (64-bit) or later, or macOS 12 or later (Intel or Apple silicon)

Desktop apps for Teams, Webex, Slack and Zoom. The Teams web app installed from Chrome or Edge works on Windows, and Google Meet works as an installed Chrome app.

Meeting apps set to English or German

On macOS, allow Stream Deck under System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility

In Zoom, turn on Settings → General → Always show meeting controls
