FanControl Encoder

Control your PC fans via Stream Deck dials. Adjust speeds, select curves, and switch modes in FanControl directly from your desk.

FanControl Encoder allows you to control the popular "FanControl" software (by Rem0o) using the dials on your Stream Deck+.

Features

Control Modes: Switch between Auto, Manual (Fixed %), and Curve mode by pushing the dial.

Precision Adjustment: Rotate to change fan speeds (0-100%) or cycle through your custom fan curves.

Live Feedback: See the current fan name, speed, and mode on the touch strip.

Silent UAC Bypass: Includes an optional feature to reload configurations without annoying Administrator prompts (requires manual setup, see documentation).

Windows 10 or 11

FanControl installed and running (getfancontrol.com).

Stream Deck+ (Plus) with dials.

Setup Guide

This plugin communicates with FanControl via its JSON configuration file.

Install the plugin.

Point the plugin to your FanControl.exe and userConfig.json.

Select the fan you want to control.

Advanced User Note: To use the "Silent Restart" feature (avoiding UAC prompts), please follow the step-by-step guide in the documentation link to set up the required Windows Task.
