Next Meeting

See exactly how long you have unntil your next Google Calendar meeting, right on your Stream Deck, and join it with a single press. Next Meeting keeps your schedule visible without opening a browser tab, connecting locally to Google Calendar with no third-party server involved.

How it works: sign in to one or more Google accounts through a secure local OAuth flow. Next Meeting reads your Google Calendar read-only (it never creates, edits, or deletes events) and blends every connected account into one agenda. The key face refreshes automatically and counts down to your next eligible meeting.

What's included:

Countdown key: time remaining until your next meeting; press to join instantly.

Agenda Dial (Stream Deck +): rotate to scroll today's remaining meetings, press or touch to join.

One-press joining for Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and other detected links.

Up to 8 connected Google accounts, merged into a single agenda.

Quick refresh interval (1 minute) and a "Hold to join" option.

Requirements: Stream Deck app 6.9+, macOS 12+ or Windows 10+, a Google account with Calendar enabled. Agenda Dial requires a Stream Deck +. Internet connection needed for calendar refresh and joining.

Calendar data and OAuth tokens stay local in Stream Deck's own settings. No backend server, no analytics.

# Next Meeting 1.0.0

Next Meeting is now ready for its first public release.

Connect your Google Calendar account, then use the Next Meeting key to see the time remaining until your next meeting and join it with one press. The Agenda Dial lets you browse today's eligible meetings and join the selected one.

The plugin requests read-only calendar access and performs OAuth directly on your computer using PKCE. Calendar credentials and data are not sent to a Next Meeting server.

See the [privacy policy](https://vo1dee.com/elgato/next-meeting/privacy/) for data-handling details.
