Next Meeting Countdown

A live meeting countdown on your Stream Deck.

Keep your schedule in the corner of your eye and never get caught off guard by a meeting again. Turn any key into a countdown to your next meeting — or the time left in the one you're in right now — with a two-tap shortcut to jump straight into the call when it's time to go.

Two actions

Next Meeting (labelled NEXT) — counts down to the start of your next meeting, so you always know how long until you need to be somewhere. Shows No more meetings when your day is clear.

Current Meeting (labelled NOW) — counts down the time left in the meeting you're in right now, a quiet nudge to wrap up on time. Shows Free when you're between meetings.

Highlights

At-a-glance urgency — the key shades green → amber → red as time runs down, at thresholds you choose, so a glance tells you whether you have minutes or seconds.

Draining border — a perimeter border empties over the final hour (Next) or across the meeting's full length (Current) for a visual sense of time remaining.

Zero alert — flashes, with an optional sound at your chosen volume, the moment a countdown reaches zero, so it grabs your attention even when you're heads-down.

One-tap join — press the key for a "Join?" confirmation that opens the meeting's video link (Meet, Zoom, Teams, and more) — no more digging through the invite.

Scrolling names — long meeting titles scroll like a ticker so you can see the full agenda item at a glance.

Per-key control — pick which calendars to watch, the look-ahead window, amber/red thresholds, a slow background pulse, and a dim option for de-emphasized keys.
