CLIENT TIMER

- One key per client: press to start, press again to stop. Live time and amount.

- One timer at a time (optional). Hold to discard a session started by mistake.

- Today’s, this week’s or this month’s total, and Excel-ready CSV export rounded to the minute or to 6, 10 or 15-minute units.

AI DICTATION

- Press, speak, press: your text is transcribed, formatted, then copied or pasted where you type.

- Report, letter, file note, your own instruction, and templates for osteopaths, psychologists, dietitians and chiropractors.

- Every template tells the AI not to invent anything; always review the text.

- Local server (audio never leaves your practice), Mistral or OpenAI with your own key.

DEADLINES

- Countdown (3 days, Tomorrow, 1 d late) turning from green to red as the date nears, with adjustable thresholds.

- Typed-in, repeating or from a Google, Outlook or Apple calendar, filterable by client.

- Full dashboard in one press; hold to mark as done.

PATIENT CLIENT AGENDA

- Next client patient and time left in the session, your day at a glance, names as initials.

- From any software that exports to Google Calendar.

- One key per page of your software: agenda, patients, billing…

No account: your data stays on your computer and audio is deleted after transcription. Available in English and French. Stream Deck 7.1+, macOS 12+.

Trademarks belong to their owners; this plugin is independent and not affiliated with them.

- Dictated text no longer lingers on the clipboard: once pasted for you, the clipboard gets back what it held before; if it was only copied, it is cleared after a delay you choose (15 minutes by default), unless you have copied something else since.

- Windows: dictated text no longer remains in a temporary file.

- A recording interrupted by Stream Deck closing is now deleted automatically.

- Windows: files open without going through the command prompt.

- Fixed: the plugin could stop working when the patient agenda link could not be loaded.

- Fixed: in English, the end time of the session in progress was cut off on the key.

- Your deadlines and preferences can now be carried over to the upcoming Private Practice Pro (calendar links and API keys are never copied).
