Private Practice Pro

Private Practice Pro is a Stream Deck plugin for doctors, therapists, lawyers and other independent professionals. Press a key during a consultation and AI writes the note for you, with a local AI on your computer or your own Mistral or OpenAI key.

How it works

- Press Full Consultation, confirm the patient agrees and talk as usual. Press again: the visit (up to 2 hours) is transcribed and written up as a SOAP, osteopathy, psychology or dietitian note, a referral letter or a patient summary, in English or another language. The note is pasted where you type.

- The Practice Setup key tests your AI and installs local transcription (whisper.cpp). Works with LM Studio.
