Sentry Alerts

Sentry Alerts helps developers monitor and act on Sentry issues from Stream Deck without repeatedly switching between Sentry, their editor, terminal, and GitHub. Six coordinated actions share one selected issue and show its current status directly on the keys. New Issue detects newly observed unresolved issues without flashing for the existing backlog.

- New Issue flashes for new unresolved issues; press to select one or hold to mute alerts.

- Inspect opens the selected issue in Sentry.

- Code opens the best in-app frame from the latest event at the matching local file and line.

- Agent sends the issue ID and link to a configured local coding agent; hold to request a draft pull request. It never launches automatically.

- View PR finds a GitHub pull request linked to the issue, displays its current state, and opens it.

- Resolve uses a two-press confirmation to resolve an issue, or a two-hold confirmation to archive it.

Configure the Sentry URL, organization, project, and token once in the shared Property Inspector. Optional settings connect a local repository, editor, coding agent, terminal, and GitHub CLI. Sentry SaaS and HTTPS self-hosted Sentry are supported. Requires macOS 12 or newer, Stream Deck 7.1 or newer, and a Sentry token with event:read and project:read; resolving or archiving also requires event:write. The plugin runs locally, does not upload repository source, and does not collect analytics.
