Space Deck

Space, On Your Deck

Turn your Stream Deck into a live space dashboard with NASA's APOD imagery, Earth views, launch countdowns, and orbital status at your fingertips. Space Deck brings space visuals and mission-ready information to your keys, giving your setup a polished, cosmic command-center feel.

APOD Home: Display NASA’s Astronomy Picture of the Day on a single key, with options for today’s APOD or a random APOD.

APOD Tiles: Expand APOD across multiple keys by assigning tiles to rows and columns, creating a small image wall directly on your Stream Deck.

APOD Smart Tile: Keep your APOD image layout while adding useful key behavior like opening websites, sending hotkeys, launching apps, closing apps, triggering text, or controlling multimedia.

Earth View: Show satellite-style Earth imagery for configured coordinates, including preset locations like Kennedy Space Center, Johnson Space Center, Cape Canaveral, Vandenberg, Starbase, the Grand Canyon, Hawaiian Islands, Great Barrier Reef, Mount Everest, and more.

People in Space: See how many people are currently in space, including counts by spacecraft when available.

Next Launch Countdown: Track the next upcoming space launch with a clean countdown display, launch time, provider, and location.

Multi-Key Image Layouts: Build 2x2, 3x3, or custom APOD key grids, with one home key controlling connected tiles by group.

Useful Fallbacks: If an API is unavailable, Space Deck shows calm, readable fallback states instead of leaving you guessing.

Simple Setup Guides: Each action includes an inspector setup guide so you can configure keys quickly without digging through documentation.

Marketplace-Ready Design: Icons, displays, and color-blocked data layouts are designed for quick reading on real Stream Deck hardware.

Whether you want a beautiful APOD wall, a live launch countdown, a rotating space gallery, or a compact orbital status display, Space Deck helps you bring the universe into your workflow without disrupting your flow.
