You’re in the middle of work, moving between apps, calls, tickets, chats, docs, and dashboards. A customer ID needs to stay handy. A quick note should not disappear into another window. A follow-up reminder needs to sit where you can actually see it. Stashio Lite gives your Stream Deck a simple local memory layer: one key for captured text, one key for a note, one key for a reminder, and one key to clear things when the moment is done.

Features included in Stashio Lite:

Stash & Paste: Highlight plain text anywhere, press your Stash & Paste key to store it, then press again to paste it later. Great for ticket numbers, short snippets, IDs, commands, and repeated phrases. Lite includes one active Stash & Paste key; Stashio Pro is built for users who want multiple paste keys across projects or workflows.

Stash Note: Keep a short plain-text note tied to a Stream Deck key. Press the key to open the local note editor, or edit the note from the Property Inspector. Useful for call prompts, follow-ups, tiny task notes, or “don’t forget this” context. Lite includes one active note key with a short text limit; Pro gives more room for expanded note workflows.

Stash Reminder: Save a short reminder with a minute-based timer. Use it for follow-ups, focus blocks, return-to-work prompts, or quick checks after a task. Press to open or acknowledge, double press to reset the timer, and hold to clear. Lite includes one active reminder key; Pro is the better fit for multiple reminders, richer timer setups, and more flexible layouts.

Clear The Stash: Reset your Stashio keys by type or clear all stashes at once. Use a single press for visible keys, or a long press to request cleanup across pages and profiles as those keys become available to Stream Deck.

Local-first workflow: Stashio Lite is not a cloud notes app, clipboard history manager, or team notification tool. It is intentionally simple: temporary work memory that lives on your Stream Deck keys.

Important Lite note: Stashio Lite supports one active key per main action type: one Stash & Paste, one Stash Note, and one Stash Reminder. Adding duplicates may lock or error those keys. If that happens, remove duplicates; if repeated attempts cause confusion, the cleanest fix is to delete the affected Stashio Lite keys and recreate one fresh key.

Stashio Lite 1.0.0

Stashio Lite 1.0.0 is the first Lite release of Stashio, a local-first Stream Deck plugin for simple key-resident work memory.

This release includes one Stash & Paste key for capturing highlighted plain text and pasting it back, one Stash Note key for quick local notes, one Stash Reminder key with a minute-based timer, and Clear The Stash for clearing visible Stashio Lite keys.

Each Lite memory action is limited to one active key and 125 characters. Extra keys of the same type are disabled so the included key remains the source of truth.

Key actions support press-to-use, hold-to-clear, Property Inspector editing, selectable icon colors, and visual empty, filled, locked, elapsed, or text-limit states where applicable.
