Actions include:

Run Action: Trigger any enabled StreamChum Action from a key — for example BRB (scene + chat + overlay), a raid shoutout, a thank-you message, or a mid-stream alert

Arguments: Pass per-key values so one Action covers many keys — for example one Change Scene Action with a different OBS scene name on each key

Compose in StreamChum: Build chat, OBS, overlay, and delay steps once, then map them to Stream Deck
