Overview
Manage tasks in a markdown file from your StreamDeck.
This works perfectly together with Obsidian.md, Typora, Joplin, Loqseq or any other local markdown notes app.
Short press to start a timer and long press to mark the task as completed.
Once started the timer changes color, and the initial duration remains visible as grey outline. When the timer finishes an alarm sound will play. When a task is marked completed the background color will change and the local markdown file is updated.
How to use it:
1). Add the 'Task Item' action to your StreamDeck profile
2). Create a Markdown file for your tasks, then select that file in the TaskDeck.md plugin settings (global).
3). Set which Nth task to show for each Task Item button (default is first task in the file)
Tips
-- Use the '>>' separator to specify task durations in your markdown file. (e.g. "- [ ] buy eggs >> 35 min")
, if ommitted the default duration is used.
-- Use it to preplan your Pomodoro session todos with convenient task countdowns
-- Select your obsidian daily note to automatically show your daily tasks on your StreamDeck.
