UPTIME

Overview

UPTIME watches websites, APIs, servers and local services with HTTP, TCP and DNS checks, confirms an outage before it calls it one, and keeps the evidence of every incident. Groups, response-time trends and a history of what happened while you were not looking.

CONFIRMED, NOT FLAPPING — An outage is confirmed by repeated failures before it is reported, and recovery by repeated successes before an incident closes.

EVIDENCE KEPT — Each incident keeps its start, its errors and its duration, across restarts of the plugin.

HONEST NUMBERS — Response time is named for what it is: HTTP time to first byte, TCP connect or DNS resolve. Paused is never shown as healthy.

UPTIME CORE: Overall health of every service, and the most significant incident.

SERVICE WATCH: One service: state, response time and incident duration.

GROUP WATCH: One group of services, from its members.

INCIDENT: The most significant active incident; acknowledge without resolving.

HISTORY: Incidents and observed downtime over a chosen window.

LATENCY: A response-time graph with its threshold and median.

CHECK NOW: One immediate check, without disturbing the schedule.

Part of the OPS family: seven operations consoles with one design. On a Stream Deck Neo, its Infobar shows what is happening, or the verdict. No permission needed. Checks run from this Mac while Stream Deck runs. macOS 12+, Stream Deck 7.6+. Local only: no account, cloud service, telemetry or subscription.
