Workflow Automation Pro builds a macro that checks before it acts. Open programs, press key combinations, wait and open links, with room for twenty five steps on one key. Add a condition and the routine only carries on when it makes sense, so a key can see your recorder is already running and stop quietly instead of starting a second copy.

**Conditions** - Only carry on if a program is running, or only if it is not. Stopping on a condition is shown differently from something going wrong, so you can tell the two apart at a glance.

**Web requests** - Send a request as a step, so one press can also fire a home automation hook, post a notice, or call your own script. Each one decides whether a failure stops the routine.

**Twenty five steps** - Room for the whole ritual on a single key, counted off as it runs. Long routines still read at a glance.

**Honest failures** - A step that goes wrong stops the routine and the key names which step it was, so you know exactly what to fix.

**Everything in the basic tier** - Opening programs, pressing key combinations, waiting for something to load, and opening links.
