Features: • The whole toolbelt on ten keys — slots 1 through 0, so you swap weapon or tool without leaving the mouse. • Ten screen keys: crafting, map, skills, quests, journal, players, chat and the main menu, one tap each. • Eleven console commands typed for you — debug and creative mode, day, night, an airdrop, a blood moon, 10,000 XP, a world save. Setup (required for some keys)

The console opens on F1, and that is layout-independent — F1 is F1 on QWERTY, AZERTY, QWERTZ and Nordic keyboards alike, so the eleven Cheats tiles need no rebinding for your layout. The game also accepts a second console key that DOES move with the layout (” on US, @ on most European layouts, Ö or Ø on Scandinavian ones, Ñ on Spanish); the tiles do not use it and you do not need it.

THE CONSOLE LIST HAS NOT BEEN VERIFIED IN GAME. The eleven Cheats commands were read from a third-party command reference (wiki.7d2d.net) that states it covers V3.1, May 2026 — if The Fun Pimps have renamed or removed a command since, that tile will type a line the console rejects; nothing is damaged, and you can read the current list yourself by opening the console with F1 and typing help.

The three Debug tiles do nothing until debug mode is armed. Press the Cheats folder’s Debug Mode tile first — it runs dm — and only then do God Mode (Q), Fly (H) and Spawn Menu (F6) have any effect. Press Debug Mode again to turn it back off.

God Mode sends Q, not G. Two sources say G and four say Q; the four agree with each other on the companion binding as well (Shift+Q teleports you to the cursor), so Q ships. This is the single row here most likely to be wrong if V3.1 moved the binding — if Q does nothing with debug mode armed, rebind that one tile to G.

Drop Item (G) and God Mode (Q) are different keys doing different jobs, and the game reuses G for Drop Item in normal play. Both tiles ship, on different pages, so nothing collides on the deck.

Cheats and Debug affect a save permanently in the same way the in-game console does — they are the game’s own commands, not a mod. Use them on a world you are happy to change. Kill All kills every loaded entity including other players on the server, and Save World writes the world to disk immediately.

The bindings assume the game’s default keyboard layout. 7 Days to Die lets you rebind everything under Options → Controls; if you have changed a key, rebind the matching tile to agree with it.

No plugin, no game mod and no launch option is required. Install the profile, start the game and the keys work.

Interact (E) and Toolbelt Slot 1 are pinned, so they sit on every page and the home page fills a Stream Deck Neo exactly; 7 Days to Die has no pause key. Keys-only, Windows: Stream Deck Classic/MK.2, XL and Neo. Movement, aiming and the mouse-wheel toolbelt scroll are out of scope by design and are documented rather than shipped as dead keys.
