Color Lab Pro combines a responsive color wheel with designer-friendly color values, practical palette generation, contrast guidance, and a persistent library—all directly on the XENEON EDGE touchscreen. The core widget runs independently, while the included Color Lab Windows companion is recommended for the best and most complete experience.

The Custom workspace gives you precise control over five independent colors. Select any slot, adjust it live from the color wheel, refine its lightness, or enter an exact HEX, RGB, HSL, OKLCH, or estimated CMYK value. Reorder the colors, compare them together, and save the finished palette for later editing.

Generate palettes using Practical UI, Monochromatic, Analogous, Complementary, Split Complementary, Triadic, and Shades modes. Inspect every color through five useful representations, review white and black contrast performance, pin favorites, and maintain a reusable palette library.

Install the recommended Color Lab Windows companion from the related download link to connect the touchscreen workspace to the rest of your desktop. Sample a point from any connected monitor, follow colors continuously in Live mode, drag over a screen area to find its dominant colors, or extract a palette from an image directly into the five-slot Custom editor. The companion also enables configurable global shortcuts, reliable Windows clipboard copying.

The companion is included as a separate installer, but it is never required to open or use the widget’s core color wheel, harmony, inspection, Custom palette, and library tools. All companion processing stays local on your PC and communicates with the widget only through a private local connection. No account, API key, cloud processing, or image upload is required.
