Outlook (Classic-App) Instant Mail accelerates the email workflow to a new level and generates a finished Outlook 365 email template with (TO, CC, BCC, Subject, HTML Body, Importance Status, Read-Receipt Requested and Attachments). The email can either be displayed before sending or sent immediately. The Attachment Option allows static attachments or the current file selection in Windows Explorer. The email signature is automatically imported (if available) from the selected Outlook profile account. With the plugin you can create countless standard templates and optimize the email process. For optimal processing, Outlook should be open.

- **Local Processing Only**: All image capture and processing happen entirely in-memory on your local machine.
- **No Data Storage**: The plugin does not save images, videos, or window contents to your disk.
- **No External Transmission**: Your screen data is never sent to the cloud, third-party servers, or anywhere else.
