🛩️ One layout per cockpit

C172 G1000: lights in its switch order, BUS 1 and BUS 2, throttle and mixture with no prop lever

A320neo: its FCU, with AP1, AP2, A/THR, LOC, APPR and EXPED lit from the aircraft's own lamps, and the SPD, HDG, ALT and V/S knobs as PULL and PUSH keys

DA40NG: one power lever, one electric master, the Diamond's lights

Bonanza G36: the prop lever and retractable gear

Corvalis TTx: the G1000 layout with its fixed gear

TBM 930: POWER, VNV, BANK, DUMP and BLEED, MASTER WARNING and CAUTION

🎛️ Dials with live values

On the +, + XL and Galleon, dials set heading, altitude, V/S, speed, course, baro, COM and NAV, trim and the levers, with the value on screen

Press HDG to sync the bug to your heading; press a radio dial to swap active and standby

No dials? Each value becomes a step pair, up over down, faster the longer you hold

🔎 Keys that tell the truth

Autopilot modes show armed in white and engaged in green, as the PFD does

Flaps name the notch you're in, and the levers span two keys so they read as one control

A key the aircraft can't use dims to N/A, and a press the sim ignores says NO RESP

AUTO SHUT, MIX CUTOFF and squawk 7700 sit under a guard: hold for a second to fire

🧭 Tested aircraft by aircraft

I ran every key against 69 of the sim's stock aircraft, so a key measured dead on one reads N/A there. NAV and APR captured and flew an ILS on the C172's G1000 and the TBM 930's G3000. Study-level add-ons like PMDG and Fenix run their own systems and may ignore keys.

Install the plugin

When Stream Deck asks to install the profile, choose Install

Select Flight Simulator 2024 Cockpit (Automated) on your deck and load a flight

Windows only, Stream Deck 7.6 or later, with the sim and Stream Deck on the same PC.

Quality of life fixes:

Page keys no longer stop Smart Profiles from switching your Stream Deck. When Flight Simulator 2024 closes, the plugin hands the deck back, and the profile you pick next is remembered again.

On the 737 MAX, the ALT dial now sets, syncs and shows the selected altitude in the MCP window. Before, it moved a value the 737 MAX doesn't use.

On the 737 MAX, the autopilot keys now work the way the cockpit does. AP engages CMD A, and turns the autopilot off with the yoke's disconnect, which drops both CMD A and B and resets the warning (A/P DISC does the same). VS, NAV and VNV press the MCP's own V/S, VOR/LOC and VNAV buttons, and the keys carry the MCP's names, like LVL CHG and HDG SEL. Before, AP could leave the autopilot unable to engage, VS and NAV did nothing, and VNV read N/A.

Autopilot keys read N/A on aircraft that have no autopilot, like the Grumman Goose, Spirit of St. Louis and P-51 Mustang, instead of looking ready and doing nothing.

Fixed a microstutter that could start after the plugin reconnected to the sim, caused by the old connection staying open next to the new one.
