OrbitDeck Lite

OrbitDeck Lite is the free edition of OrbitDeck for Kerbal Space Program 1 and 2. It shows your flight on your Stream Deck and lets you try the keys before you decide on the full edition.

What works in OrbitDeck Lite

Live telemetry: altitude (above the ground or sea level), speed (surface, orbit or target), throttle level and connection status.

SAS and RCS switches, with their live state.

Throttle set to 0 % and 100 %.

A ready-made profile for the 15-key Stream Deck, offered when you install the plugin.

What belongs to OrbitDeck

Every other key is visible in OrbitDeck Lite and carries a small padlock: the ten SAS modes, stage, lights, brakes, landing gear, map view, throttle steps and the other throttle values. Pressing one shows a short message on the key and sends nothing to the game. These keys work in OrbitDeck, the full edition, available separately on the Marketplace.

What you need

Kerbal Space Program 1 (1.12.5) or Kerbal Space Program 2 with the Redux mod loader.

The free, open source OrbitDeck Bridge mod, installed in the game (GitHub: teddyzeus/orbitdeck-bridge).

Windows 10 or 11, Stream Deck software 7.1 or later.

OrbitDeck Lite and OrbitDeck can be installed together. Each keeps its own mod port setting: enter your port again if it is not the default (18765).
