Configure notes, priority and due options to suit your routine. Saved templates make frequently created tasks even quicker, with optional local date substitution.

Use Open List to give your shopping list, work checklist or personal plans a dedicated key. Mix actions across your deck, choose accent colours and add your own short labels. Every key keeps its own configuration.

Built around Apple Reminders

Powered by Apple’s EventKit, counts and task previews update when Reminders data changes. Capture tasks with the app closed and open it when you want to review or edit them. macOS handles synchronization with your other devices.

English and Spanish interfaces included. No additional sign-in. No telemetry.

Requirements: Apple Silicon Mac, macOS 26 or later and Stream Deck 7.1 or later. Reminders access is required; opening lists and tasks also requires Automation permission. Works with regular lists available on your Mac. Completing, editing and managing recurring tasks stay in Apple Reminders.
