Overview

Allow a serial controlled IR blaster to be configured. This allows sending multiple actions after eachother.

✦ New Action: Decode IR Signal. This action will decode your remote and show the value as the button face ✦ Serial Management happens globally now. This reduces connection time and fixes message handling issues ✦ Fixed an issue where a serial device may not show up if it wasn't registered in Windows registry properly ✦ Additional fixes
