The Snagit Productivity Suite brings frequently used Snagit commands to your fingertips. Instead of searching through menus or memorizing keyboard shortcuts, press a clearly labeled Stream Deck key and stay focused on your work.

Repeat your most recent capture with the same settings

Create Snagit share links and open sharing history

The profile organizes 100 verified Snagit actions into practical, color-coded categories. Capture controls use blue, editing tools use green, sharing actions use teal and amber, and setup controls use slate. Each key uses custom artwork designed for quick recognition on a 15-key Stream Deck.

Your main page keeps everyday actions close: Image, Video, Clipboard, File, Delay, Scroll, Repeat, Editor, Save, Copy, Share, Library, Capture, Editor App, and Setup. Additional folders provide deeper control without crowding the keys you use most.

A detailed first-time setup guide is included. It walks you through importing the profile, creating the required Snagit presets, assigning hotkeys, testing the primary keys, understanding each category, and resolving common shortcut conflicts.

Some commands depend on the active Snagit window or capture context. Editor keys work when Snagit Editor is active, while certain capture and video keys work during their corresponding Snagit workflow. The included guide explains these contexts clearly.

WHAT'S NEW

Added a Windows profile for Stream Deck MK.2 / 15-key.

Included both macOS and Windows profiles in the customer package.

Added Windows-specific capture presets for image, video, clipboard, file, delay, scrolling, All-in-One, menu, and repeat workflows.

Added Windows editor, file, sharing, arrangement, and video controls.

Added a folder-based default page so capture, editing, file, video, and setup tools are easy to reach from the first page.

The Windows profile uses a folder hub on its default page, matching the established macOS navigation model.

SETUP NOTES

The macOS profile continues to use its existing shortcuts and layout.

The Windows profile requires the Snagit presets listed in the Windows setup guide.

Windows editor tool keys use the first nine Snagit Editor toolbar positions. Arrange those tools as described in the setup guide so the labels match the selected tools.

Print Screen is included as a fallback for the current Snagit capture settings. If Windows or another utility claims that key, use the dedicated Snagit preset keys.
