Control Stellarium from your Stream Deck

Take command of the night sky with a single press. This plugin connects your Stream Deck to Stellarium, the free open-source planetarium, so you can run your sky sessions without hunting through menus or memorizing keyboard shortcuts.

Whether you're presenting at a planetarium show, teaching an astronomy class, streaming a stargazing session, or exploring the cosmos from your desk, every key becomes a shortcut to the view you want.

What you can do

play, pause, reverse, speed up, or jump back to the current moment.

Toggle sky overlays: constellation lines, names, artwork, boundaries, and coordinate grids.

Switch display options: atmosphere, ground, landscape, fog, and cardinal points.

Navigate the sky: zoom in and out, center on selected objects, and track them as they move.

Jump to favorite targets: set up keys for planets, deep-sky objects, or any point of interest.

Run scripts: launch your own Stellarium scripts for guided tours and presentations.

Requirements

Stellarium with the Remote Control plugin enabled.

Elgato Stream Deck and Stream Deck software.

Bring the universe to your fingertips.

Display, panning, zoom and Bortle scale keys are now merged into standard keys with configurable properties.

Fixed an issue where a key could get stuck while panning across the sky.

Fixed an issue where enabling grid lines didn’t check the Celestial sphere option.
