Setup (required for some keys)

Three of the game’s most-used inputs are bound to the mouse and cannot be sent from a Stream Deck: Witcher Senses and Parry (right mouse button, hold) and Fast/Strong Attack (left mouse button). They are intentionally absent rather than shipped as dead keys.

Sign selection keys 3–7 assume the default keyboard layout. If you rebound Signs in-game, remap the five Sign keys to match.

Take All while looting is bound to Space, which is also Jump — sending it from a deck outside a loot window makes Geralt jump. Left out on purpose.
