MIDI Drums

Turn your XENEON EDGE into a hands-on MIDI instrument.

MIDI Drums by iConCity transforms the XENEON EDGE touchscreen into a responsive, playable virtual drum kit built for performance, experimentation, and fast MIDI control.

Tap the 3D kit directly to trigger drums and cymbals, play multiple pieces at once with multi-touch, customise your setup with different kit pieces and percussion pads, and remap MIDI notes to suit your workflow. With adjustable velocity, MIDI channel control, kit presets, mapping presets, MIDI labels, and built-in simulated sounds for quick testing, everything you need is right on the screen.

The detailed 3D kit gives MIDI Drums the feel of an instrument rather than a simple button grid, while the streamlined interface keeps the important controls within easy reach. Connect it to your favourite DAW, drum plugin, sampler, or MIDI-compatible software through the iConCity MIDI Bridge and start playing.

Key features include:

•    Interactive 3D drum kit with multi-touch performance

•    Customisable drums, cymbals, hi-hats, toms and percussion pads

•    MIDI note mapping and reusable mapping presets

•    Kit presets for quickly switching configurations

•    Adjustable MIDI channel and velocity

•    Built-in simulated drum and percussion sounds for testing

•    Clear optional MIDI note labels

•    Dedicated Large and XL XENEON EDGE layouts

•    Designed specifically for touch interaction

•    No cloud services, subscriptions, or external APIs required

MIDI Drums turns unused screen space into an instrument — touch it, customise it, and make it part of your music setup.
