Features: • 74 shortcuts across 7 folders, read off OpenCode 2's own source — every binding traced to its default in the code, none carried over on memory • Fixed in v5: Theme Picker and Queue Prompt sent keys that do something else in OpenCode 2, and two keys that could quit OpenCode are gone • The V2 leader surface on single keys — new session, session list, timeline, compact, undo, redo, export, models, agents, editor, status and sidebar, each one tap instead of Ctrl+X then a letter • Session tabs, which V2 turns on by default — next, previous, close, reopen, the two unread jumps, and direct slots 1 to 3 • The diff viewer V1 never had — file and hunk navigation, split or unified, file tree, single patch, mark reviewed, and the review scope picker • Fixed: agent cycling was bound to Tab. V2 cycles agents on Shift+Tab, and the reverse cycle has no default binding at all • Removed: Share and Unshare. The V2 docs state session sharing is not supported yet, so both keys could only fail • Queued prompts, Ctrl+X Enter to queue a prompt, /btw side questions, /fork, /worktrees, /mcps and /skills, and Ctrl+O for recent sessions and projects

Install: double-click any .streamDeckProfile to import, then in the Stream Deck app open Preferences → Profiles → App and pick your terminal emulator (OpenCode runs inside the terminal — auto-bind isn't possible at the OS level).

v5 — 2026-10-14. Two wrong keys fixed, two risky keys removed.

Every binding was re-read from OpenCode 2's own source (v2.0.28), not just its docs.

Theme Picker fixed — it sent Ctrl+X T, which opens the terminal pane in OpenCode 2. It now types /themes, and Ctrl+X T has its own key: Terminal Pane.

Queue Prompt fixed — Alt+Enter inserts a new line in OpenCode 2. The key now sends Ctrl+X Enter, the real queue shortcut.

Queued Prompts removed — with an empty queue and an empty prompt, Ctrl+X Q quits OpenCode.

Delete Session removed — Ctrl+D deletes only inside the session list; anywhere else it quits OpenCode.

Nine commands added — /diff opens the diff viewer, /fork, /worktrees, /cd, /mcps, /skills, /settings, /themes and /help.

Note: OpenCode runs inside a terminal emulator, so Smart Profile cannot see it. Bind it manually via the Stream Deck App's App dropdown.
