Overview
Home Assistance — Your Smart Home on the CORSAIR XENEON EDGE
Your Home Assistant on your XENEON EDGE, live. Lights, thermostats, blinds, media, scenes, locks, sensors and cameras, with the controls for each, a tap away. Works with any device your Home Assistant already controls, Tapo, Hue, Alexa-connected devices and more included. No Stream Deck required.
Key Features:
Control Your Home
Lights: On and off with a tap, brightness with a slider, and six colours for colour bulbs.
Climate: The target temperature with − and +, the mode, and what it's doing now.
Blinds and Covers: Position slider, open, stop and close.
Media: What's playing with its artwork, play and pause, skip, and volume.
Scenes and Scripts: Run them with one tap.
Locks, Alarms and Garage Doors: Lock and arm in one tap. Unlocking, disarming and opening work only for the ones you allow, and always ask for a second tap.
See Your Home
Sensors: Temperature, humidity, power, energy, air quality and battery, each with its last 24 hours as a graph.
Cameras: A fresh still every 10 seconds; tap for a new one now.
Live: Every change in your home shows the moment it happens.
One Widget, Several Jobs
Six Layouts: Tiles, Control (one device, big), Room, Sensors, Scenes and Camera. Each fits any tile size, landscape or portrait.
Your Entities: Pick which devices each copy shows, by room or kind, in the order you like. Or let it choose: lights for Tiles, sensors for Sensors, your scenes for Scenes.
Make It Yours: Density, tile style, names, states, levels, text size and colours, in iCUE's widget settings or in the widget.
Easy, Secure Sign-In
Finds Your Home Assistant: It looks for Home Assistant on your network. Pick it and approve with your own Home Assistant login, in your browser.
Or a Token: Prefer a long-lived access token? Paste it in, with a three-step guide.
Private: The sign-in stays encrypted on your PC, in Qaem Hub. Nothing goes through QaemDev's servers.
Requires Qaem Hub (Free Companion App)
Qaem Hub: Home Assistance needs Qaem Hub, QaemDev's free companion app for Windows: qaemdev.com/products/qaem-hub. Its Home Assistant module keeps the connection to your Home Assistant and asks you once to allow the widget.
Just This Module: Rather not install Qaem Hub? Get the Home Assistant Module, a small app with only this module inside: qaemdev.com/downloads/home-assistant-module-setup.exe. Qaem Hub takes it over, settings kept, if you install it later.
Looks After Itself: Qaem Hub runs quietly in the tray, starts with Windows and keeps itself up to date.
Requirements
CORSAIR iCUE 5.45 or newer with a XENEON EDGE, on Windows.
Home Assistant on your network, or reachable from your PC.
Notes
Home Assistance works with the devices and integrations in your Home Assistant. Devices that aren't in Home Assistant (for example a Tapo or Alexa device you haven't added there) don't show.
On iCUE 5.51 and newer, allow the widget to reach 127.0.0.1 in iCUE Settings, Widget Access, if iCUE asks.
Home Assistance is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Home Assistant project, Nabu Casa, TP-Link or Amazon.
SETUP TAKES TWO MINUTES
Install Qaem Hub, add its Home Assistant module, import the widget in iCUE and tap Connect.
