Hotkey Guard

Send keyboard shortcuts to a chosen Windows application with Hotkey Guard for Stream Deck. Select an open app and a shortcut, then choose whether to bring its window forward or send only while that app is already active.

Match the full application path and optionally part of the window title. Find window checks the target without focusing it or sending keys. If no suitable window is found or focus cannot be confirmed, the action stops and shows a reason.

Add an optional 0.5–2 second hold and a 0.3–3 second repeat-protection interval. Commands send on release; rapid presses do not queue extra commands. Configure Ctrl, Alt and Shift or use the shortcut recorder.

13 interface languages: English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Latvian, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.

Requires Windows 10+ and Stream Deck 6.9+. The target app must already be running. Keypad actions only; no Multi Actions or Windows-key combinations. Windows may block elevated apps; global hotkeys may be handled elsewhere. This is not an input security boundary.

Local processing. No account, cloud service, clipboard access or background keyboard recording.
