Keep your bookkeeping at a glance without opening your browser. This plugin connects your Stream Deck to Lexware Office (LexOffice) via the official Public API.

Status keys continuously display the number and total value of open and overdue invoices, open quotes, invoice drafts, receipts awaiting review, monthly revenue, and yearly income and expenses. Overdue invoices are highlighted directly on the key, so you can spot them immediately.

With a single key press, you can upload the latest receipt from a folder of your choice, create invoices or products, open your contacts, or jump directly to any Lexware Office section, including Documents, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, and more.

Setup takes less than a minute: simply enter your Lexware Office API key in the settings of any action, and it will automatically be used for all plugin actions. The refresh interval can be configured individually for each key.

Status-Tasten zeigen laufend aktualisiert die Anzahl und Summe offener und überfälliger Rechnungen, offene Angebote, Rechnungs-Entwürfe, zu prüfende Belege sowie Monatsumsatz und Jahres-Einnahmen/-Ausgaben — überfällige Rechnungen warnen direkt auf der Taste. Per Tastendruck lädst du den neuesten Beleg aus einem Ordner deiner Wahl hoch, legst Rechnungen oder Artikel an, öffnest deine Kontakte oder springst zu jeder beliebigen LexOffice-Ansicht (Belege, Finanzen, Buchhaltung, Lohn & Gehalt u. v. m.).

Einrichtung in einer Minute: LexOffice-API-Key in den Einstellungen einer Aktion hinterlegen — er gilt für alle Tasten. Das Abfrage-Intervall ist pro Taste konfigurierbar.
