ShareMode

Prepare your screen for meetings, demos and recordings. ShareMode adds two Stream Deck actions: Share mode and Restore windows.

Select open apps: Windows minimizes eligible windows; macOS hides apps. Optionally bring a work app forward. Clean desktop hides Windows desktop icons or covers Mac icons and widgets with a graphite background.

Preview the target count in settings. Press to apply; press again or use Restore windows to restore. A local recovery record helps restore an unfinished session after Stream Deck restarts. Closed or restarted apps are skipped; restoration is best effort.

Start and stop sharing in your meeting app. New windows, notifications, the Dock and taskbar may remain visible. End sharing before restoring. The Mac cover disappears if the plugin stops.

No account, cloud, screen capture or microphone access. Recovery data contains app identities and window placement, not screen contents.

12 languages: English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Latvian, Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese.

Requires Stream Deck 6.9+, Windows 10+ or macOS 13+. Mac tested on Apple Silicon; Intel, fullscreen and special desktop setups remain unverified.

Select open apps to minimize or hide, optionally clear the desktop and bring a work app forward, preview the target count, then restore with the main key or a separate Restore windows key.
