Ticket Timer
by Diapersoft
Overview
Ticket Timer tracks your working time per ticket on Stream Deck. Each Jira, GitHub or helpdesk ticket gets its own key with a live timer: press to start, press again to pause. At the end of the day you get a report showing how long you worked on which ticket.
Included actions:
Ticket: starts/stops the timer of its ticket. Green = running, red = paused. Hold to hide a ticket – its time stays in the report.
New Ticket: opens a small input window. Type the ticket name or number on your keyboard; it appears live on the key and lands on the next free Ticket key.
End of Day: shows today's total. Press twice to stop all timers and open the report.
Hide All: hold to stop and hide all tickets at once.
Ticket Dial (Stream Deck +): rotate through tickets, press to start/stop.
Report:
Timeline chart: one bar per start/stop, so you see what you did when and what ran in parallel
Time per ticket, decimal hours and share
Text summary and a CSV log for timesheets, saved to Desktop\TicketTimer
Setup tips:
Place a few empty Ticket keys first – they are the slots for new tickets
Edit times, rename or restore tickets in the action settings, even while a timer runs
Choose "only one timer at a time" if you never work in parallel
Timers keep running through restarts of Stream Deck or your PC.
Requirements: Windows 10/11, Stream Deck 7.1 or later.
- End of day report with timeline chart (HTML), text summary and CSV log
- Edit tracked times in the action settings, even while a timer runs
