Six new folders: Drawings, Watchlist, Screener, Pine Script, Trading, Alerts.

The drawing tools are now one key each - trendline, horizontal line and ray, vertical line, crossline, Fib retracement, rectangle. Trading gets its own folder: order ticket, buy, sell, limit buy, limit sell, DOM. The Pine Script editor ships its two-key sequences as real chord buttons.

Windows and macOS bindings were both machine-verified to encode, and the Windows set was checked for collisions created by the Command-to-Control mapping.
