Description

Switch on your LIFX lights, dim them and recall your favourite colours straight from your Stream Deck. Keys for LIFX talks to your bulbs directly over your own network, so there is no cloud, no account, no API token to keep running. It finds your lights by itself.

What you can put on a key:

Light — switch one light, or all of them, on, off or toggle. The key glows in the bulb's own colour while it's lit.

Brightness — jump to a level, or step brighter and dimmer.

Colour — set a colour from a picker, or an exact white from 1500 to 9000 K, and switch the light on.

Waveform — pulse, flash or breathe a light, then settle back. Handy as an alert.

On a Stream Deck+, every action works on the dial: turn to dim, sweep the hue or change the white, push or tap the touch strip for the rest. Prefer your own pictures? Switch on "Use my own images" and set one for each on and off state.

Requirements: macOS 12 or later, Stream Deck 6.9 or later, and LIFX lights on the same network as your Mac. The first time, macOS asks to let Stream Deck find devices on your local network. Choose Allow. Free. An independent plugin, not affiliated with LIFX or Elgato.

Light key: on, off or toggle for one light or all of them; the key shows the bulb's own colour while lit, an outline when off, and says clearly when a light is offline

Brightness key: jump to a level or step up and down; each light keeps its own colour

Colour key: a colour from a picker or an exact white (type any Kelvin from 1500 to 9000, or use the slider); changes in the settings panel show on the light as you make them

Waveform key: sine, pulse, triangle, saw or half-sine, with your colour, speed and number of cycles; a "Flash the light now" button in its panel lets you try it without leaving the settings

Every slider in the settings panels shows its current value, and the Colour and Brightness panels change the light live as you adjust them
