UAD Console (lite)

UAD Console Lite

Your Stream Deck sidekick for UAD Console, for Universal Audio Apollo and UA Volt interfaces. It gives you the essentials to move faster, stay focused, and keep the session flowing, with support for both keys and dials. Jump in free with the Lite version, then unlock the full power when you're ready. Built on our UAD Console Plugin from HJF Plugins.

What's inside?

Channels: Hands-on control of your inputs: Volume, mute, solo, pan, mono and stereo link, plus Mic/Line and record, straight from your keys, no mouse and no reaching for the hardware. Live faders and L/R meters right on the key.

Preamp: The preamp basics on every unlocked input: Gain, 48V phantom, Hi-Z, low cut, phase and pad, each a single reliable press with a clear on/off icon.

UA Volt (New): your Volt 876, Gen 2 or Max works too, with the same free basics on its first four inputs.

Dials (Stream Deck+ and + XL): Real-time control on two dials: Rotate volume, pan or gain with a natural, tuned feel, and press to fire a toggle. The touchscreen shows the live value, label and a matching icon.

Visual Feedback: True two-way live sync: any change in UAD Console shows on your Stream Deck almost instantly, and the link returns on its own if UAD restarts, your keys always reflect what's happening in the app.

Icons: A dedicated icon set with clear on/off states, so every control is easy to read at a glance during fast sessions.

Lite gives you up to 4 keys and 2 dials across your Stream Deck, the perfect way to try the workflow before going full.

Built for use

Everything you need to get hands-on with your UAD Console, in a clean and lightweight free setup. Upgrade anytime to unlock the full console.

New in this update:

UA Volt support: your Volt 876, Gen 2 or Max now works, with the same free basics on its first four inputs. Needs UAD Console 1.3.1 or newer (Volt 876: 1.2.7).

Visual Mute and Solo: MUTE ON / SOLO ON with the channel's live meter, and a soft glow while active. On by default; switch Visual off on a key for the plain icon.

Profiles fit your interface: keys and dials made on another interface (like our free profiles) move to the same control on yours, and a key your interface has no match for keeps its setting.

Clear connection messages: the settings tell you why UAD Console can't be reached, and the controls load by themselves as soon as Console is connected.

Diagnostics report: in Help for Settings, one click saves a report ready to email to support.

A clearer Help page that also shows what Lite includes.

Locked keys stay locked: a Volume key past the 4-key limit no longer shows the live meter over its lock tile.
