Window Opacity Keys

Make any window transparent (see-through) with one key on your Stream Deck, so you still see what is behind it. On Windows, keep chat, notes or a video over your game or work: change window transparency (opacity), make a window click-through, or dim the visible windows of one app. A further press puts the window back.

Features

Front Window Opacity: each press goes to 80, 60, 40 % (or your steps), then back. The key shows the percent Windows reports

Click-Through: mouse clicks pass through the window. The key shows which one and undoes it

App Opacity: the visible windows of one app (not minimized, hidden or tool windows)

Restore Windows: puts back the windows this plugin changed

Safety

Opacity never goes below 20 %

When Stream Deck closes, changed windows are put back first. A window whose program does not answer stays changed and in the count

If the plugin is killed, Restore Windows works after a restart

Never changed: desktop, taskbar, Stream Deck, minimized windows

Limits

Windows 10+, Stream Deck 6.9+

Not supported: windows drawn with UpdateLayeredWindow (key says NOT SUPPORTED)

May not work with games in exclusive fullscreen, admin programs (key says DENIED), several screens or anti-cheat

Privacy

Reads window titles and .exe names of open programs. The list of changed windows (.exe names) stays on this PC in the plugin's settings. Nothing is sent anywhere.
