Usage plugins show a percentage of a quota. This one shows money. It reads the session files Claude Code and Codex already write on your computer, prices the tokens in them, and puts the figure on a key you can glance at while you work. There is no account to create and no key to paste.

**Three periods** - Today, the last 7 days, or the last 30. Press the key to move between them without opening settings.

**Both tools** - Claude Code and Codex on one key, or filter to either on its own. Codex is included with a ChatGPT Plus or Pro plan.

**Nothing to set up** - Drag the key on and it works. No sign in, no API key, nothing to connect.

**Stays on your computer** - The plugin makes no network requests at all. It reads your own files and nothing is uploaded.

**Says when it is unsure** - A model with no price on file leaves the figure marked as incomplete instead of guessing a rate and showing a confident wrong number.

Claude & Codex Cost Pro adds Plan Value, which tells you whether your plan is paying for itself, plus all time totals, a breakdown by model and by project, a budget alarm, cache hit rate and a daily trend. For Windows and macOS, on every Stream Deck model. Costs are an estimate worked out from published token rates and will not match a bill exactly.
